On Oct. 3, 2007 Secretary Chopra announced the release of a second Request for Information ("RFI") calling on state agencies, private sector firms, academic leaders, and citizens to bring forward proposals that could be eligible for the second round of grants from the $3 million Productivity Investment Fund. Recipients of the funding will be limited to state agencies, but public-private partnerships are encouraged.
